Antique Sapphire and Pearl Pendant: This exquisite 14k gold pendant features a twist of half pearls with a collet set sapphire at its center. Originally an antique lace pin from the early 1900s, our jeweler transformed the piece into a pendant by removing the pin findings and adding a 14k gold bail.

The pendant measures 1.3 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 0.3 inches wide and weighs 1.28 grams. It is in great condition.
